Campbell Page Training CollegeThe Training College works with employers to customise learning to specific organisational needs. For example, training can be offered in a flexible delivery mode with some work-based activities, some classroom activities and some home-based activities so staff can complete qualifications with minimal interruption to daily work tasks. We deliver nationally accredited qualifications over a range of industries and levels – including Aged Care, Community Services, Employment Services, Business, Information Technology and Hospitality/Tourism. Aboriginal Training :STEP (Structured Training and Employment Project): Employers can negotiate STEP funding in order to increase opportunities for Indigenous Australians in gaining employment. STEP provides funding for individual assistance, structured and accredited training and mentoring. Indigenous Wage Assistance: Employers may be eligible for an Indigenous Wage Subsidy once they have employed an eligible Indigenous Jobseeker. The subsidy is worth:
