Campbell Page works with Aboriginal cllients and large employers within our region to maximize employment opportunities.

This involves working with a range of organisations promoting Aboriginal Employment Strategies.

Campbell Page will support your organisation in developing your own Aboriginal Employment Strategy ensuring you address crucial strategies such as:

  • Training Requirements.
  • Mentoring Program.
  • Communication Policies.
  • Recruitment Process.

Campbell Page commitment is to:

  • Promote Aboriginal Employment Strategies to increase employment opportunities for Aboriginal Communities.
  • Support local employers in the recruitment of Aboriginal Jobseekers.
  • Provide one to one support to both the employer and employee in order to develop a long term employment relationship.
  • Ensuring our candidates are of high quality and the right person for the job.

Through our Aboriginal Employment Strategy our organisation represents diversity, cultural understanding and highlights our respect for different cultures. Through our Aboriginal employees we constantly review our service delivery and ensure that work practices have a positive impact in our Aboriginal Communities.
