
Interview Tips and Common Questions
- Do research on the company.
- Be appropriately dressed. Dress similar to the employers staff. (colour, corporate, suits, etc)
- Prepare responses in advance. You’re not a mind reader but think of what the employer may ask.
- Always respond in the affirmative; never talk negatively about previous employers or staff.
- Be prepared to do extra training if this is a missing skill you need for the position.
- Have a list of questions, eg: over time, advancement, training, who will you, be responsible to, do you supply a uniform, is there a probationary period.
- Do some research on the company.

- Ask questions. For example, over time requirements, advancement prospects, training, who you will report to, is a uniform required/supplied, is there a probationary period.
- Ask when you will be told of the outcome of the interview. Ensure the interviewer knows how to contact you.
