Do you have an injury, disability or health condition that is making it hard for you to find or keep a job?

Contact the friendly Campbell Page Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Team who will provide practical support and advice to prepare you to return to work. By focusing on your abilities we will help you to find a job.

What is Vocational Rehabilitation?

Vocational Rehabilitation Services is a Government funded program which combines vocational rehabilitation with employment assistance. We will work with you to help you understand, compensate for, or manage, your injury, disability or health condition. Our strategies will assist you to build work capacity and/or learn how to avoid re injury, while focusing on finding sustainable employment. Our local VRS team will also work with employers to support your transition into the workplace.

The VRS program has 3 stages of support:

• Assessment: a detailed investigation of how your disability or injury affects you in the workplace.
• Development of Personal Intervention Plan: to increase your understanding of your injury or restrictions and to develop strategies to improve the management of these challenges.
• Employment Preparation and Job Search: we facilitate access to vocational training, or work experience, while helping you find a job which matches your skills and work capacity

Support to meet your needs

Under the VRS programme we offer a range of services which will be tailored to meet your needs.

These services include:

• Assessment of the impact of your injury/disability/health condition on your ability to participate in employment
• Assistance with managing or compensating for your injury/disability/condition
• Rehabilitation and/or health interventions as required
• Support to manage your disability and achieve employment
• Advice on safe and sustainable work opportunities
• Advice and support regarding disability issues
• Employment and job seeking preparation assistance
• Workplace assessments and advice on job redesign
• Advice on workplace modifications
• Post placement support for you and your employer
