![]() Personal Support ProgramThe Personal Support Programme (PSP) helps with any personal issues that may make it difficult for you to work. These issues can include anxiety, depression, drug or alcohol problems, homelessness, the effects of trauma, domestic violence or other serious psychological issues. What can you expect from PSP?Individual Assistance Following your referral from Centrelink, you and your PSP consultant will develop an individualised plan to help you tackle the personal circumstances that are holding you back from achieving your personal goals. No two people’s plans are the same. They are developed to meet your specific needs and circumstances. Range of Services PSP can help you access a range of services including:
Your Obligation You will be required to maintain regular contact with your PSP provider - at least once a month. What will we achieve? Goals may include increased self-esteem/confidence, improved mental health, increased community involvement or transfer into an employment assistance program or study. The programme:

Our PSP consultants have been selected because they recognise local issues and have previously assisted many PSP participants achieve their goals. We provide a host of community services which may assist you achieve your PSP plan. Additionally, we are also a Job Network provider and have the capacity to link you directly to our Job Network services. More Information?
